Year, make, model and trim, the mileage (km or miles), whether it is US-spec or EU-spec, its condition and any damage. The VIN is optional but helps us check the exact spec. Photos help a lot: send them on WhatsApp (front, back, both sides, interior, odometer and any damage). Bring the registration documents and keys to the appraisal.
No. We also buy cars outright, so you can sell us your car without buying one from us. If you'd rather trade it in toward a new US-spec car, choose that option in the form and we'll walk you through it.
Yes, tell us which one you have. The spec affects who can buy the car next and where it can be registered, so it matters for the appraisal. If you're not sure, pick "Not sure" or add the VIN and we'll check.
As soon as you know your move date. That leaves time for the appraisal, the paperwork and, if you're buying, ordering your next car. We agree the hand-over timing with you.
We don't publish prices online. The value depends on the car's condition, mileage, spec and the market, so any offer is made after we've seen the car at the appraisal. There's no obligation to accept.
